• Driver applications: your name, phone number, email address, city and state, whether you hold a CDL-A, years of experience, whether you drive with a co-driver and your co-driver's name, your preferred language and anything else you write in the form.
• Freight and capacity requests: your name, company, email address, phone number, MC number, pickup and delivery locations, pickup date and load details.
• Calls and messages: your phone number and the information you share when you call or text us.

We also collect some information automatically when you visit the Site, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the page that sent you here, and the date and time of your visit. This information can be collected by our hosting providers and by cookies, pixels, local storage and similar technologies. The Site saves your language choice in your browser so it opens in that language next time.

If you respond to one of our ads or submit a lead form on an advertising platform, that platform may share with us the information you submitted and details about the ad you responded to.

How we use information

• To respond to your applications, questions and freight requests, including by phone call, text message or email.
• To review driver applications and confirm qualifications as required by federal motor carrier safety rules. Driving record, background, and drug and alcohol checks happen only with the separate authorizations those checks require.
• To quote, schedule and dispatch freight, and to communicate with brokers and shippers.
• To run, secure and improve the Site, and to prevent spam, fraud and abuse.
• To measure and improve our advertising, such as learning which ads lead people to apply or contact us.
• To comply with the law and enforce our rights.

Calls and text messages

When you give us your phone number and agree to be contacted, M&K may call or text you about driving opportunities, your application or your freight request. These calls and texts may be made with automated technology or an artificial or prerecorded voice. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. You can also ask us to stop calling you. Agreeing to be contacted is not a condition of employment or of doing business with us.

We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information for money. We share information only as described here:

• Service providers that help us run our business and this Site, such as website hosting, data storage, phone and messaging, and automation tools. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
• Insurance carriers and safety or compliance partners, when needed to qualify drivers or meet insurance and safety requirements.
• Advertising and analytics partners. If we use advertising pixels or similar tools, for example from TikTok, Meta or Google, those companies may collect information about your visit to measure our ads and show you relevant ads. They handle that information under their own privacy policies.
• Government agencies, regulators and others when required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of M&K, our drivers or others.
• A buyer or successor if all or part of our business is sold, merged or transferred.
• Anyone else with your consent or at your direction.

The categories above do not include text message opt-in data or consent. We do not share that information with any third parties.

Cookies, pixels and ad choices

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and clear local storage. You can limit personalized ads in your TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and Google ad settings, and you can opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org. On your phone, you can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings. Blocking these tools may change how parts of the Site work.

How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, including to meet legal, safety, insurance and recordkeeping requirements. Some driver records must be kept for periods set by federal motor carrier regulations. When we no longer need information, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No website, transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

We will verify and answer requests as the law requires, and we will not treat you differently for using your rights.

Children

This Site is meant for adults looking for driving jobs or freight services. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

The Site links to other websites, such as the FMCSA SAFER system. Those websites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top.
